Refund Policy

All sales are final. We accept returns or exchange for product lost in transit or damaged.

 


To be eligible for a refund or exchange,  you must first contact us at shop@organized-mess.com within 14 days of purchase. Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure replacement is sent out. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If a replacement item is not available for exchange, we will refund the full purchase price. We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Your satisfactory is our number one priority.Please let us know  how we are doing and how we can improve.You can always contact us for any return question at shop@organized-mess.com.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. All sales are final.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
